Manage Your Account

There are two different ways to get to your account page. The first and fastest way is to use the drop-down menu from the user icon, in the top right for computers or the bottom for mobile, and select on 'Account'. The second way is to click on the user icon which will take you to the Premium Homepage. From this page, click on 'Account' or the lotus flower icon above to get directed to your account page. Editing Information

In your account home, simply edit the fields to make changes to your name, email, address, or phone number. Once the changes are complete, click 'Save Profile' at the bottom of the page.

Subscription Information

Under the 'subscription' tab is your active membership. From this page you can reference you Premium Membership number, your subscription rate and billing date, if your subscription is active, and when your card on file expires. If you would like to update your card, click 'update' on the subscription page. On this page you may also cancel your membership.

Payment Information

Under the 'payments' tab is a log of your payments for your membership. Here you can check the status of your payment and reference you invoice number.

Creating a Pause or Resuming Membership

To pause your membership, email us at or use the help button and request a pause. Our minimum pause length is one month and our maximum is four. We understand that life gets busy sometimes and things may need adjusting. The benefits of pausing is when you come back, you retain your original rate even if the rate went up while you were on pause.


If you would like to cancel your membership, go to the 'subscription' tab in your account page. To the far right of the row you will see the word 'cancel' - click it and your account should transition from 'yes' under active status to 'no'. If you would ever like to come back as a Premium Member, simply enter a  debit or credit card and click 'submit'.
